    利沃夫年度国际短片电影节-艺术奇才，于2008年创立，通常在利沃夫艺术厅举行。

    电影节的栏目包括竞赛和非竞赛展映，还有作者演讲和回顾环节。由电影和文化领域的三名代表组成的国际评委会，从以下类别中评出获胜者：剧情片，动画片，实验片。

    奇才电影节努力呈现电影艺术的最新趋势，选片委员会优先考虑那些在现实描写方面有卓越导演技巧的作品，以及使用现代科技、在拍摄手法和原始剪辑上体现创新性的作品。

Annual Lviv International Festival of Short Film WIZ-ART was found in 2008 and it usually takes place in Lviv Art Palace.

The programme of the festival consists of the competition and non-competition screenings as well as authors’ presentations and retrospectives. The International Jury formed of three representatives from the sphere of cinema and culture selects the winners in the following categories: fiction, animation, experimental film.

Wiz-Art Festival tries to show the newest tendencies in the art of cinema. Selection committee gives preference to works with extraordinary director solutions in portraying reality, works that use modern technologies and show inventiveness in cinematographer's approach and original editing.

    利沃夫是乌克来西部地区主要的工业和文化中心，人口约90万左右。

    利沃夫是一个美丽宜人的欧洲小城，有着独特的建筑以及很多美味的餐厅和咖啡店，以古老的大教堂、礼拜堂、博物馆、艺术厅和剧院而闻名。

    利沃夫的历史像这个城市本身一样神奇多彩，充满了有趣的事件和杰出人物。如今，利沃夫已经有超过750年的历史，有很多故事有待讲述！因为曾经被多个国家占领，利沃夫也借鉴以前侵略者的部分文化和知识，日后不仅转型成为一座建筑宝库，而且是科学、精神和艺术生命的现代之都。几个世纪以来，利沃夫逐渐发展出自己地道的文化和艺术，把深远的当地传统和其他民族文化影响结合在一起。

    利沃夫今天的生活，充满多种多样的文化和艺术活动，有现代艺术展、剧院演出、数不清的节日、音乐会、多种文学活动以及传统庆祝活动；现在有9家剧院、交响乐团、管风琴演奏厅、文化宫、电影音乐厅、歌舞厅、俱乐部以及一个马戏团。

Lviv is a major industrial and cultural center on the Western region of Ukraine. The population of Lviv is around 900 000 peoples.

Lviv is a very beautiful and cozy European city with unique architecture and lots nice restaurants and cafés. It is famous for its ancient cathedrals, churches, museums, art galleries, theatres.

Lviv history is as colorful and amazing as a city itself. It is filled with interesting events and outstanding figures. Today Lviv is more than 750 years old and it has lots of stories to tell you! While being a part of different countries, Lviv borrowed some parts of culture and knowledge from invaders. Later on it transformed not only to an architectural gem, but also to the modern capital of scientific, spiritual and artistic life. Within centuries Lviv was developing its authentic culture and art which incorporated extensive local traditions and cultural influence of other nations.

Today’s life of Lviv abounds in various cultural and art events. These are modern art exhibitions, theatrical performances, tons of festivals, concerts, different literary events, and traditional celebrations. Today there are 9 theaters, philharmonics, Organ music concert hall, palaces of culture, cinema and concert complexes, concert and dancing halls, clubs, and a circus.
